Lions ROAR, elephants ROAR, tigers ROAR... and you, too, can ROAR for Kids at Kennedy Krieger! Join us on Sunday, April 12, 2026, at ROAR for Kids, a 5K race and low-mileage walk for individuals of all ages at The Maryland Zoo in Baltimore!
Proceeds support research and programs to help kids at Kennedy Krieger Institute.

Run, Walk or Roll
Register for the chip-timed 5K race or for the low-mileage fun walk to enjoy the scenery, then enjoy the festival afterwards.
ROAR Virtually
Register as a virtual participant if you will not be able to join us in person on event day.
Sponsorship Opportunities
The festive, all-inclusive setting of Kennedy Krieger’s ROAR for Kids provides the perfect opportunity for your organization to connect with children and families in the greater Baltimore metropolitan area. Monetary sponsorship levels start at $1,000, and each sponsorship level includes benefits such as free event registrations, zoo admissions and on-site promotional opportunities.
Volunteer Opportunities
One of the most essential aspects of ROAR for Kids is our volunteers. The 100+ individuals who volunteer their time are crucial to the success of this event. Your support as a volunteer will make a difference in the lives of thousands of children served by Kennedy Krieger each year.
