CAARE (Creating Advances in Autism through Research Engagement) Project

Principal Investigator: Paul Law

The CAARE Project will develop and maintain an institutional research database for individuals affected by autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and their family members. This will allow targeted recruitment of individuals based on their profiles to participate in research at KKI. The content of the database will be determined by the data collected as part of routine clinical care at CARD in addition to their data collected from the Interactive Autism Network (IAN).

In addition to targeted subject recruitment, the collected data will be used for operations research and outcomes.

Finally, the data will be used for improving services at CARD.
