Call For Proposals Window: February 17 – April 25, 2025.

The Tapping Into Talent: Innovation and Opportunity national conference (formerly Neurodiversity in the Workplace: A Collaborative National Conference) is a collaborative event that brings together a community committed to expanding workforce opportunities and unlocking the potential of untapped talent. For our 2025 conference, we invite submissions that focus on workforce training and development for typically overlooked talent pools including but not limited to, veteran services, developmental disabilities, and second-chance employment, with an emphasis on enhancing recruitment, management, and retention strategies for the workforce.

We welcome proposals that inspire meaningful conversations, drive change, and foster collaboration. Educators, policymakers, subject matter experts, community providers, employers, as well as individuals with lived experience and their families, are encouraged to share insights and perspectives. Submissions are open to all, and prior presentation experience is not required. Multiple proposals may be submitted.

Please note: Presenters are responsible for their own registration.
