Kennedy Krieger Institute takes a multifaceted person-centered approach to helping individuals with disabilities obtain and maintain meaningful employment and community engagement.
Community Development Services support community members with meaningful engagement with their community. CORE Foundations at Kennedy Krieger Institute partners with each community member to develop opportunities that help each person meet their individual goals. Community members receive services in their community and a schedule is developed in partnership with each community member based on their preferences and interests.
CORE Foundations provides Community Development Services in a 1:1 to 1:4 ratio models.
