Cindy Ibarra is the administrative services coordinator at the Maryland Center for Developmental Disabilities (MCDD). Prior to this role, she served as an MCDD trainee under the supervision of Dr. Mirian E. Ofonedu, the MCDD training director. During the semester, Cindy worked on the MCDD's Faith Community Learning Collaborative project.
Cindy earned a bachelor of science in public health from Towson University. Her unwavering commitment to the field is a testament to her passion for public health and her dedication to advancing this critical discipline.
