About
Dr. Sharp is a pediatric neurologist in the Department of Neurology and Developmental Medicine. She sees patients in the Infant Neurodevelopment Center at Kennedy Krieger Institute. She is also an assistant professor in the Departments of Neurology and Pediatrics at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. She sees inpatient consultations for infants with or at high risk for brain injury and developmental disorders. She specializes in brain injury and developmental disorders associated with congenital heart disease.
Education
Dr. Sharp completed her undergraduate degree from St. John’s College in Annapolis, MD, before obtaining a degree from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. She also completed residencies in pediatrics with the University of Maryland Medical Center, and child neurology with Johns Hopkins Hospital. In addition, Dr. Sharp did a fellowship in neonatal and critical care neurology with Kennedy Krieger.
