About
Dr. Ashley Kniola is a licensed clinical psychologist who works with children, adolescents aged 4 to 16 and their families by conducting assessments in the Executive Functioning and Targeted Assessment clinics at Kennedy Krieger Institute.
Education
Dr. Kniola received her Bachelor’s in Psychology from California State Polytechnic University, Humboldt, before earning a Master’s and PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. She completed an internship through the South Florida Consortium Internship Program at Child Provider Specialists, as well as a two-year postdoctoral fellowship at Kennedy Krieger.
Research
Dr. Kniola’s research interests include assessment and diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder, sex differences in autism spectrum disorder and the impact of weight bias on the treatment of clients.
