About
Dr. Robinson is a professor of neurosurgery (PAR) at Johns Hopkins Children’s Center and holds active staff tenure at Kennedy Krieger Institute. Her subspecialty interests are the surgical treatment of epilepsy, cerebral palsy and related movement disorders, traumatic brain injury and congenital hydrocephalus, which includes Selective Dorsal Rhiztomy, Deep Brain Stimulation and Baclofen Pump.
Education
Dr. Robinson attended Northwestern University for her undergraduate and medical education. She completed her residency in Neurological Surgery at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, followed by fellowship training in pediatric neurological surgery at St. Louis Children’s Hospital/Washington University. While at rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital/Case Western Reserve University, she rose to Professor of Neurological Surgery. She moved to Boston Children’s Hospital/Harvard Medical School in 2011, and joined Johns Hopkins Hospital and Kennedy Krieger Institute in the spring of 2016.
