Project HEAL (Health, Education, Advocacy, and Law) announced the implementation of its online intake system in early May. The new system enables families to complete an intake form online, rather than completing the intake via phone. Families who prefer to complete an intake via phone may continue to do so by calling 443-923-4414, which is monitored on a daily basis.
Once an intake form is submitted, a Project HEAL representative will review the information and will reach out via telephone or email. Although Project HEAL attorneys do not provide representation in all civil legal matters, they may provide limited representation, e.g., brief advice, document review, information, resources and referrals.
Submitting an intake is not a guarantee of Project HEAL services. Project HEAL clients must sign a retainer agreement and consent for release of information forms, and pay a sliding scale fee for service to open a case.
