Postdoctoral residents receive supervision both individually (two hours minimum per week) and in group format (two hours minimum per week).
Primary supervision is provided by licensed psychologists with specialty training in clinical neuropsychology, nine of whom are board-certified in clinical neuropsychology through the American Board of Professional Psychology. Five supervisors have additionally obtained subspecialty certification in pediatric clinical neuropsychology. Group supervision focuses on presenting cases, demonstrating new assessment techniques, and reviewing current research and methods. Each resident’s major rotation supervisor evaluates the resident’s progress every two months and provides written feedback every four months.
