Variety – the Children’s Charity of the National Capital Region (Variety DC) recently committed $15,000 over three years to Kennedy Krieger Institute to create the Variety Compassion Fund. This new initiative will provide $5,000 each year in emergency funding and small grant support for children served by the Institute’s Physical Therapy Clinic and Social Work programs when other support is not available. This marks Variety DC’s first contribution to Kennedy Krieger Institute.
