The occurrence of orgasm has been shown to take significantly longer for people with spinal cord injuries and it may feel different than before the injury.
There are many strategies you can use to explore your orgasm potential and to have fun with your sexuality. Talk with your health care providers on strategies and things that could be interfering with your orgasm potential. Medical interferences such as pain, spasticity, autonomic dysreflexia, and incontinence could be interfering and can be managed or reduced by your doctor.
